Our coordinator handles the building-side logistics. Cross-country runs leave on the Mass Pike (I-90) west to Albany and beyond, or south on I-95 toward NYC and the corridor. Winter is the seasonal variable; nor'easters can shut down I-90 and I-91 through the Berkshires for a day or two at a time. We monitor NWS Boston and flex without penalty.

Pricing scales with distance, not with specific endpoints. For trips between 0 and 1,000 miles, the total typically runs $500 to $2,000. Between 1,000 and 2,000 miles, typically $2,000 to $3,800. Between 2,000 and 3,000 miles, typically $3,800 to $5,600. Brachy and medical cases are case-by-case. Military clients get 10% off.
