Tucson Service Area
Door-to-door ground pet transport across Tucson — the Foothills, Catalina, Marana, Oro Valley, the Westside, and downtown. Davis-Monthan Air Force Base (A-10 Warthog and AMARG) and University of Arizona medical relocations are routine PAX dispatches.
Tucson sits in the Sonoran Desert at 2,400 feet, 60 miles north of the Mexican border. Davis-Monthan Air Force Base on the southeast side hosts the 355th Wing flying A-10 Warthogs plus AMARG (the Aerospace Maintenance and Regeneration Group, the famous 'Boneyard'). PCS rotation is constant. The University of Arizona Health Sciences and Banner-University Medical Center generate patient relocations from across the Southwest. We coordinate around treatment schedules and flex dates without penalty.
Climate is extreme dry heat in summer — June through September runs 105–110°F sustained, but with very low humidity. Brachy trips out of Tucson run on pre-dawn departures with climate-controlled cabins; the dry-heat protocol is more manageable than Houston-humid heat for cabin AC, but still requires planning. Winters are mild and sunny. Cross-state runs use I-10 east toward El Paso and west to Phoenix and California; I-19 south goes to Nogales and the Mexican border. We're a U.S. domestic service — we don't cross to Mexico.
Typical price ranges for routes we run most often. Every quote is itemized and personalized — these are starting ballparks.
Ranges shown are for standard, healthy adult pets. Brachycephalic breeds (Bulldogs, Pugs, Frenchies, Boxers, etc.) and pets with medical needs are quoted case-by-case to reflect the extra care, monitoring, and coordination those trips require.
Dispatch timing varies by route and season — some pickups go out within a few days, others may take up to a week to line up a driver. Either way, we'll get you a driver for whatever move you need. Tell us your timeline on the quote form and we'll give you a realistic window.
The 355th Wing (A-10 Warthog) and AMARG (the Boneyard) keep Davis-Monthan in continuous PCS rotation. We dispatch base-gate pickups with proper paperwork. 10% military discount, no rush fees, no date-change penalties.
June through September runs 105–110°F sustained, but dry. Brachy and medical-case Tucson trips run on pre-dawn departures with climate-controlled cabins. We won't load a Frenchie at 110°F midday and pretend cabin AC handles it.
University of Arizona Health Sciences and Banner-University Medical Center draw patients from across the Southwest. Pet timing flexes around treatment windows.
Some Foothills neighborhoods (north of River Road, into the Catalina Foothills) have narrow access roads and gated communities. Tell us the address on the quote and we'll plan vehicle and timing.
Door-to-door pickup and delivery across the metro. This isn't exhaustive — if your address is in the area, we can get there.
Pricing scales with distance. For trips between 0 and 1,000 miles, the total typically runs $500 to $2,000. Brachy and medical cases are quoted case-by-case. Military clients get 10% off.
