San Antonio Service Area
Door-to-door ground pet transport across San Antonio — JBSA gates (Fort Sam Houston, Lackland, Randolph), Stone Oak to Alamo Heights, downtown to Schertz. One of our core military PCS corridors with 10% discount and no rush fees.
San Antonio is a PAX military corridor. Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) consolidates Fort Sam Houston (Army Medical Command), Lackland AFB (Air Force training), and Randolph AFB (Air Force training and HQ) — together they generate constant PCS traffic. PAX pickups at JBSA gates are weekly. 10% military discount, no rush fees on last-minute orders, no date-change penalties when orders shift. Base-to-base runs to Fort Bragg (now Liberty), Fort Bliss, Fort Riley, Fort Hood (now Cavazos), and Norfolk are routine.
Outside the military corridor, San Antonio runs steady volume to Austin (80 miles), Houston, Dallas, and cross-country to both coasts. Summer is Texas summer — 95–100°F June through September. The Hill Country climb west of town adds altitude to longer runs toward El Paso and New Mexico. For brachy breeds we adjust to pre-dawn departures and climate-monitored transit.
Typical price ranges for routes we run most often. Every quote is itemized and personalized — these are starting ballparks.
Ranges shown are for standard, healthy adult pets. Brachycephalic breeds (Bulldogs, Pugs, Frenchies, Boxers, etc.) and pets with medical needs are quoted case-by-case to reflect the extra care, monitoring, and coordination those trips require.
Fort Sam, Lackland, Randolph — all weekly PAX pickups. We know the visitor-gate procedures, arrive with driver's license and insurance ready, and know which gates accommodate commercial vehicles. 10% military discount, no rush fees, no date-change penalties.

Some JBSA gates don't accommodate commercial vehicles — we know which do. Our coordinator briefs the driver on the specific gate, timing, and escort requirements before pickup day.
San Antonio metro is 30+ miles across. We coordinate pickups from Stone Oak, Alamo Heights, Southtown, Schertz, New Braunfels, and Boerne on routine multi-stop days.
