Dallas Service Area
Door-to-door ground pet transport across DFW — Dallas, Plano, Frisco, Arlington, Fort Worth. Texas summer heat protocol, JRB Fort Worth pickups, cross-country routes east and west on I-20 and I-30.
Dallas-Fort Worth is PAX's primary Texas hub for long-haul traffic. The metro sits at the intersection of I-20 (east-west), I-35 (north-south to Kansas City and Oklahoma City), and I-30 (east to Little Rock and the Southeast). That geographic advantage makes DFW our preferred interchange for multi-stop runs — we can pick up in Plano, drop in Fort Worth, and continue to Atlanta or Phoenix on the same route. Summer heat runs 95–102°F from June through August, with lower humidity than Houston but still demanding for flat-faced breeds.
The metro is spread across 9,000 square miles. Plano to Fort Worth is 40 miles; Frisco to Arlington is 35. We coordinate pickups across the Tollway, the Dallas North Tollway, and I-35E/W — familiar with both peak windows and known chokepoints (I-30 through downtown Dallas, I-635 through the LBJ corridor). For military PCS, Joint Reserve Base Fort Worth and Sheppard AFB (Wichita Falls, north corridor) are both active. 10% military discount applies.
Typical price ranges for routes we run most often. Every quote is itemized and personalized — these are starting ballparks.
Ranges shown are for standard, healthy adult pets. Brachycephalic breeds (Bulldogs, Pugs, Frenchies, Boxers, etc.) and pets with medical needs are quoted case-by-case to reflect the extra care, monitoring, and coordination those trips require.
DFW heat averages 96–102°F June through August. Brachy pickups go pre-dawn; long-haul departures leave before 5 AM to clear Texas before peak heat. Rest stops pre-mapped with vet access.
Plano to Fort Worth is 40 miles. We know the Tollway, Dallas North Tollway, and I-35 peak windows. Multi-stop loads across DFW in a single pickup day are routine.
Joint Reserve Base Fort Worth and Sheppard AFB (Wichita Falls) are active PAX military pickups. 10% military discount, no rush fees, base-gate pickup with proper paperwork.
April–June we monitor severe weather daily. If a tornado watch is active we hold pickups; if a warning hits mid-trip, drivers have shelter-in-place protocols. We reschedule without penalty when weather forces a hold.
Door-to-door pickup and delivery across the metro. This isn't exhaustive — if your address is in the area, we can get there.

Yes, with modified protocol. Brachy pickups in DFW summer (June–August) shift to pre-dawn, cabin climate monitored, vet-accessible rest stops pre-mapped. Case-by-case quoting reflects the extra care. Mention the breed on the quote form.
