Philadelphia Service Area
Door-to-door ground pet transport across Philly — Center City to Chestnut Hill, University City to Manayunk, plus Main Line suburbs and South Jersey. Cross-country runs south to Miami and west to LA.
Philadelphia is a natural waypoint for PAX northeast routing. Many NYC cross-country runs can stage a Philadelphia pickup on the way south or west, and Philly routes regularly run to DC, Baltimore, Boston, and all the way to Miami and LA. Center City apartment pickups are similar to NYC — doorman buildings, reserved elevators, loading zones — but the footprint is smaller and traffic is less dense.
The metro stretches across two states: Philly proper plus Main Line suburbs (Bryn Mawr, Villanova, Haverford), Bucks and Montgomery counties, and South Jersey (Cherry Hill, Voorhees). We coordinate across all of it. For cross-country departures we leave via I-76 west to I-70 or I-80, or south via I-95. Winter brings salt on I-80 and Pocono-section weather that we monitor before eastward- or westward-bound departures.
Typical price ranges for routes we run most often. Every quote is itemized and personalized — these are starting ballparks.
Ranges shown are for standard, healthy adult pets. Brachycephalic breeds (Bulldogs, Pugs, Frenchies, Boxers, etc.) and pets with medical needs are quoted case-by-case to reflect the extra care, monitoring, and coordination those trips require.
Dispatch timing varies by route and season — some pickups go out within a few days, others may take up to a week to line up a driver. Either way, we'll get you a driver for whatever move you need. Tell us your timeline on the quote form and we'll give you a realistic window.
Rittenhouse, Fitler, Logan Square high-rises require reserved elevators, loading-dock windows, and in some cases COI paperwork. Our coordinator handles all of it with building management.
Main Line suburbs and Bucks/Montco add 15–30 miles from Center City. We stage multi-stop pickups across Philly + suburbs + South Jersey efficiently in a single day.
Vine Street Expressway and Schuylkill (I-76) peak AM and PM. I-95 through Philly bottlenecks near the Delaware line. Cross-country departures leave before 5 AM to clear the metro.
Westbound from Philly often climbs the Poconos on I-80 or descends into the Ohio Valley. November–March we check winter-weather forecasts before each trip and flex routing if needed.
Door-to-door pickup and delivery across the metro. This isn't exhaustive — if your address is in the area, we can get there.
Pricing scales with distance, not with specific endpoints. For trips between 0 and 1,000 miles, the total typically runs $400 to $2,000. Between 1,000 and 2,000 miles, typically $2,000 to $3,600. Between 2,000 and 3,000 miles, typically $3,600 to $5,200. Those are ballparks for standard, healthy adult pets. Brachycephalic breeds (Bulldogs, Pugs, Frenchies, Boxers) and pets with medical needs are quoted case-by-case. Every quote is itemized and delivered personally, usually within 24 hours.
