Orlando Service Area
Door-to-door ground pet transport across central Florida — Orlando, Winter Park, Lake Mary, Kissimmee, Celebration. Year-round heat protocol, hurricane-season flexibility, and cross-country routes on I-4, I-75, and I-95.
Orlando sits at the intersection of I-4 (running coast-to-coast across Florida), I-75 (the main north-south artery), and the Florida Turnpike (south to Miami, north toward Wildwood). That puts it at the center of most Florida cross-country routing. Orlando moves into and out of the Southeast, up the East Coast to NYC and Boston, and west to Texas and California. Retirement relocations and job moves are the biggest volume drivers.
Central Florida heat is the same year-round challenge as Miami and Tampa — 90s from May through October with persistent humidity, and mid-80s even in December. Brachy protocol is active year-round. Hurricane season (June–November) lives in our calendar; Orlando sits 60 miles inland but takes hits from Atlantic and Gulf systems. We watch NHC tracks and flex trips without penalty. Orlando has significant theme-park-adjacent housing — we coordinate HOA gate codes for Celebration, Windermere, Isleworth, and similar master-planned communities.
Typical price ranges for routes we run most often. Every quote is itemized and personalized — these are starting ballparks.
Ranges shown are for standard, healthy adult pets. Brachycephalic breeds (Bulldogs, Pugs, Frenchies, Boxers, etc.) and pets with medical needs are quoted case-by-case to reflect the extra care, monitoring, and coordination those trips require.
Dispatch timing varies by route and season — some pickups go out within a few days, others may take up to a week to line up a driver. Either way, we'll get you a driver for whatever move you need. Tell us your timeline on the quote form and we'll give you a realistic window.
Central FL stays warm. May–October brachy pickups are pre-dawn with climate-controlled cabin. Even in 'winter' we run controlled climate — 82°F in January isn't unusual.
NHC monitoring daily June–November. Orlando is 60 miles inland but still exposed to both coasts. If a named storm is within 72 hours we flex trips or hold. No penalty for weather-driven changes.
Celebration, Windermere, Isleworth, Dr. Phillips, Lake Nona — most require gate codes or guest-list clearance. Your coordinator handles it before pickup day.
I-4 peak hours around downtown Orlando and MCO are congested. Florida Turnpike is toll-free for most but we know the current schedule. Cross-country departures leave before 5 AM to clear the metro.
Door-to-door pickup and delivery across the metro. This isn't exhaustive — if your address is in the area, we can get there.
Pricing scales with distance, not with specific endpoints. For trips between 0 and 1,000 miles, the total typically runs $400 to $2,000. Between 1,000 and 2,000 miles, typically $2,000 to $3,600. Between 2,000 and 3,000 miles, typically $3,600 to $5,200. Those are ballparks for standard, healthy adult pets. Brachycephalic breeds (Bulldogs, Pugs, Frenchies, Boxers) and pets with medical needs are quoted case-by-case. Every quote is itemized and delivered personally, usually within 24 hours. Brachy breeds and medical cases are quoted case-by-case.
