Founder
I'm Ian, founder of PAX. My parents have worked in the pet transport industry for over a decade, and I started this company to make long-distance pet transport more personal, transparent, and accountable. I'm certified by the American Red Cross in Cat & Dog First Aid.

Senior pet transport specialist
Mia specializes in the larger breeds — Ovcharkas, Irish Wolfhounds, Bull Mastiffs, Great Danes — and of course all the smaller breeds too. She's well versed in caring for senior and medical-needs pets, and has logged over 2 million ground miles with PAX customers, plus over 600,000 miles as a flight nanny before joining the team. She looks forward to making your moves more comfortable and with less stress while she travels with your furry, feathered, or other pets.
Canine training & anxious-traveler specialist
Eunice is one of the top 5 pet sitters on Rover in Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Vancouver — and she loves to drive long-haul routes for PAX during the spring and summer months. She's spent the past 15+ years specializing in canine training and caring for medical-needs and senior dogs and cats. "Being able to care and play with my charges is a gift to my heart," she says. Eunice especially looks forward to sharing the road with pets who are nervous travelers.
